Q. What type of chemicals do you use and how will they affect my loved ones, pets or property such as clothes, furniture or electronics?

A. Our disinfectants are EPA registered non-toxic solutions, Eco-friendly and considered safe for the environment, pets, children and the elderly. Though residence, staff or pets can remain in the space during the disinfecting process it is preferable but not mandatory that the space be unoccupied so that our technicians can do the most thorough job possible. If the decision is made to exit the space residence or staff are still free to return at any time during the disinfecting process to resume any duties or activities. Our disinfectants do not damage or discolor clothing or furniture upon contact and can be applied to food contact surface spaces without rinse, as well as pet bedding and sleeping areas however, we would advise that sensitive items such as computer screens or television sets be covered prior to the disinfecting process.

Q. How effective are your disinfectants ?

A. Our hospital grade solution is effective at killing 99.999 percent of germs, bacteria and disease causing viruses in under 60 seconds, these viruses include Human Coronavirus(COVID-19), Parvo, SARS, Staph & Strep, E. Coli, tuberculosis, H1N1; MRSA; Norovirus; HIV; Legionella; Pseudomonas aeruginosa; Hepatitis A, B, and C; Ebola virus and also works as an allergen, mold, mildew and odor eliminator.

Q. How is the disinfecting process conducted and how long does it take?

A. The standard procedure for our disinfecting service would be a room to room mist application on all surfaces using a backpack fogger while door knobs and other frequently touched areas will be wiped down manually. The timetable varies depending upon the size of the space being attended to. From entry to exit, spaces at or around 1,000 sq ft can be disinfected in 25 minutes or less, for large capacity spaces like manufacturing centers or cathedrals the process can be completed in under 3 hours.

Q. Is disinfection a one time or multiple visit process?

A. One visit disinfects surfaces until they are reinfected. To prevent reinfection we would highly recommend adopting strict sanitary practices that could prevent reinfection. For high traffic spaces with frequent activity we would recommend a regular scheduled service.

Q. Are the rates the same for a one time visit versus a regular scheduled agreement?

A. The rates for regular scheduled visits are lower than one time visits and will be determined upon the number of visits in the regular scheduled agreement.
